- Create an original video between 1 and 3 minutes in length to communicate your healthy inspiration.
- Videos must be submitted by teacher or responsible adult who is a member of TeacherTube.com. (Membership is free..)
- All audio and video content must be suitable for all audiences.
- Limit one prize per school.
- Only classrooms located in the United States of America (including D.C.) are eligible to participate.
- All videos become property of the Susan P. Byrnes Health Education Center upon entry.
- Please note: Both SUSAN P. BYRNES HEALTH EDUCATION CENTER and TeacherTube have the right to terminate the program at any time without prior written notice, cause or explanation. If in the event this occurs, all content submitted for inclusion in this contest will become shared property of both companies and must include joint branding of both LEARNTOBEHEALTHY.ORG and TeacherTube.
- Must not contain material that violates or infringes another's rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;
- Must not disparage Sponsor, Administrator, TeacherTube or any other person or party affiliated with the promotion and administration of this Contest;
- Must not contain brand names or trademarks;
- Must not include personally identifiable information;
- Must not contain footage, images or artwork not created by entrant;
- Must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
- Must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
- Must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where Submission is created.

Winners in each age range (Grades K-6 and Grades 7-12) who attend school in Pennsylvania will win an interactive health education program provided by the Susan P. Byrnes Health Education Center. In addition, you will receive supplemental educational tools and a special edition LearntobeHealthy.org winner’s t-shirt for each student!
