Jack’s Heartfelt Wish is about an athletic boy named Jack who loves to play sports. He plays soccer, basketball, and baseball. During his early childhood, Jack had to overcome an obstacle in his life. When he was 7 years old, he was in need of a heart transplant. When Jack found out he needed a heart transplant, he did not know if or when he was going to get a new heart, or if he would ever be able to play sports again. After waiting in the hospital for about a week for a new heart, Jack was very lucky to receive a new heart from another family who had lost their child who was 16 years old. Jack is very thankful for his new heart because he is alive and well, and he is now able to do what he always loves to do, which is being able to play sports again. Less
