This video clip is used to introduce the "Goal Setting" Lesson and is a part of the Run4Change curriculum. "Run4Change is a fitness program designed with all abilities, socioeconomics and gender taken into account. Students are given the needed information to excel both physically and mentally during adolescence. Middle school age is a time when good habits are formed and carried into adulthood. With this six semester rolling curriculum, students will be introduced to lessons helping them understand how food, exercise and good thoughts make them a happier and more productive person.
