Tutorial on how to add Sound in Scratch
I'm kind of working on the rocket ship. Coding gain. So I want to start with this one slide clicked and then we want to do a forever. So just for the fun of it, we're going to look for our forever loop. And we'll just put right on to the one clip. Now to create the sound for our rocket ship, they constantly play this sound, you would click on sound and then you want to pull this over if you do not see what list when you click on your down triangle. If you do not see your sound in the actual list, what you can do is click on sound and then down here at the bottom is a choose of sound. So you can do a search for a sound.
All these different sounds are going to come up depending on what your actual Sprite is or what your game is to what you would use the sound. So if I did space and it was asking for an actual space sound, then what we could do is actually search for that so let's say I want spaceship. So you've got some of these different ones space if you don't like that sound, you can delete them out and do another search. Okay. So just go to space. Trying to think how you would, which one you want to actually use. But some of these different space one space flyby, something that has to do with your rocket.
Then when you go back to your code, you could choose this. So you're clicking on the little circle with the triangle. And then you would do space flyby. So now you've got that space flyby until it's playing that sound into a stunt. It may not be that you're doing it until it's done. Maybe you're going to do just a start sound. We'll get rid of a forever loop, but maybe you want to just one click. You want maybe your space ripple. So you can choose space ripple to be the sound that just won the flag is quick. So it just starts. So it depends on what you want for your game as to what sound. Just basically clicking on sounds and clicking on the megaphone that gives you all of the different sounds that you can use in your thing but you do have to select them so that they show up here in the sound so they can be chosen once you go back to code. And that's all there is to adding sound.
