cool with school rules:pbl

A short video highlighting a 17 day long project if did with my 1st grade students. Student were asked the question "What if their school was a democracy?" Student learned about rules, laws, and democracy. They utilized that knowledge to create their own rules for the school. Student worked in small group, independently, and as a whole class. The project culminated with student creating a commercial about one of the rules.
