Transition Profile and Skill Tracking

The Transition Profile is available to High School and Transition students in Unique Learning System. The Profile looks at the current abilities of the student and gives suggested strategies for instruction in each skill area. The Profile also yields a suggested differentiated level that can be used to select the lessons and materials in the standards-based curriculum. A new Profile should be completed each year on every student.
