Returning the favor - student video

Acacia lays between one sick woman on the left, and one dead and rotting woman on the right. She doesn’t think she can survive this, but she remembers the meaning of her name; thorny, well-rooted and strong. Just as she finds hope, the white man takes that too. One white man drags her out; the chains breaking her, and pulls her up the steps to the “leader’s” room where he demands she lay with him. She fights as hard as she can but isn’t physically strong enough. After the fact, the white man falls asleep, and Acacia gathers as much courage as she can and grabs the letter opener off of the dresser. Will she do the ultimatum or sink into hopelessness?
