Social Emotional Learning in Coding

In this short clip, I discuss how I use a tool/robot called Beebot to teach the students how to code and display that they have comprehended the lesson. The students answer questions based from a reading by sending Beebot to the correct picture probe. The students learn how to use logic and use directional sense to program Beebot to the correct answer. Prior to the reading , you copy, cut and place the picture probes in the girds. You ask your students the questions based from the story and student can display that they have learned the emotional skill you have taught. In this book , we learned about telling the truth.
