If the cost of a CPR course is too high, you can still learn the basics of these life-saving techniques by watching the American Red Cross Hands-Only CPR video. After you take notes and practice the techniques taught in the video, use a recording device to record a video of you demonstrating the techniques on a stable object like a basketball. (Performing CPR on someone who doesn’t need it can be harmful. Never practice compression technique on a human being or living creature.)
