This is a video of myself doing sit and reach excercise. This excercise tests your flexibility. To accomplish this, you must need a ruler, box, and tape. Tape the ruler to the box. The nine-inch mark must be parallel to the face of the box and the zero end of the ruler should be facing you. Place one of your feet flat against the face of the box and put the other foot flat against the floor(as shown in the video). Once you have done this, reach as far forward as you can, then record your measurement.
